1General Terms

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. nbk33 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify the information provided during registration.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. nbk33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with another person. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our live chat support immediately.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change, please update them right away. Keep your payment method information accurate at all times, as it directly affects the withdrawal process.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on nbk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods)

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5Bonuses and Promotions

nbk33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, the original bonus amount must be turned over 20 times.
• This bonus is granted only once per account.
• A set time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.

5.2 VIP Cashback

nbk33's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week

You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity and your contribution on the platform. Cashback is credited at a set time each week.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player.
• nbk33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus.
• If bonus fraud is suspected, the account will be investigated.

6Betting Rules

All betting activities on nbk33 are governed by the following general rules:

• Once a game has started or a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of any issue caused by a technical error, nbk33's decision will be considered final.
• Specific rules applicable to live games will be displayed in the game interface.
• For all sports betting including cricket betting, only official results are accepted for settling outcomes.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or artificial intelligence.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Artificial activity to fulfil bonus requirements ("bonus abuse").
• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to gain an unfair advantage.

8Privacy and Data
